解脲脲原体菌落形态异质性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨解脲脲原体菌落形态学特征以及形态异质性和疾病的关系。方法:259例女性泌尿生殖道标本分别接种于固体培养基和液体培养基,观测菌落,同时检测细菌性阴道病。结果:解脲脲原体固体培养基和液体培养基分离率无差异。解脲脲原体菌落可分为4种形态,典型海胆型,油煎蛋型,空泡型,微小型。解脲脲原体感染与细菌性阴道炎有相关性,不同菌落形态的解脲脲原体致病性有差异。固体培养基可观测到大小不同的人型支原体。结论:解脲脲原体菌落形态有异质性,且与细菌性阴道炎致病性有关。Objective： To study the morphological characters of Ureaplasma urealyticum colonies from clinical specimens and the relationship between the morphological heterogeneity and diseases. Methods： A total of 259 female genital swabs were cultured on the selective solid media and liquid media. The colonies were observed and measured. Meanwhile each specimen was tested the bacteria vaginitis. Results： There were no significant differences of the positive rote between the selective solid media and liquid media. Ureaplasma urealyticum colonies can be divided into four types, they were typical echinus colony, fried egg colony, vesicle colony and tiny colony. Ureaplasma urealyticum had relations to the bacteria vaginitis. The pathogenicity of the typical colony and atypical colonies was different. Mycoplasma hominis can be observed on the selective solid media. Conclusion： Ureaplasma urealyticum colonies have morphological heterogeneity, and it has relations to the pathogenicity of bacteria vaginitis.
