摘　　要：目的:探讨湿性医疗技术在严重烧伤合并多器官功能不全的治疗中策略。方法:自1998年至2005年共收治严重烧伤合并多器官功能不全的病人12人,进行以烧伤湿性医疗技术为核心的综合治疗。结果:治愈9人,死亡3人。结论:严重烧伤合并多器官功能不全的病人的救治必须进行综合治疗;创面采用烧伤湿性医疗技术处理是救治成功的基础;及早行透析治疗,加强营养支持及各器官功能维护,采用中医药治疗等是救治过程中不容忽视的重要环节。Objective： To explore the tactics for application of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of severe burn complicated by multiple organ insufficiency. Method： In the period from 1998 to 2005, 12 patients with severe burn complicated by multiple organ insufficiency were treated in our hospital. MEBT/MEBO was the core of the comprehensive treatment. Result： 9 patients were cured and 3 died. Conclusioa： Patients with severe burn complicated by multiple organ insufficiency should be treated with comprehensive treatment. Proper application of MEBT/MEBO is the key to the success of the treatment. Early application of dialysis therapy and strengthened nutrition support are necessary. Messures for maintenance of the function of organs and Chinese medicine treatment are also important.
