湿润烧伤膏纱条在包皮环切术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)纱条在包皮环切术中临床应用的疗效。方法:根据病人自愿原则。将96例患者分为MEBO纱条包扎组(A组),和凡士林纱条包扎组(B组),A组51例,B组45例,采用视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)对两组术后疼痛程度进行对比研究。结果:术后24小时VAS评分:A组为4．10±1．29,B组为5．18±1．11;拆线时A组为4．16±1．36,B组为6．33±1．49,两组两项指标比较均有显著性差异(P＜0．01)。结论:应用MEBO纱条能有效减轻包皮环切术后痛苦,疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO ribbon gauze post circumcision. Method： 96 patients subjected to circumcision were divided into two groups randomly. 51 eases were treated with MEBO ribbon gauze （group A）. 45 eases were treated with Vaseline gauze （group B）. The pain severity of patients in the two groups was measured using visual analogue scale （VAS）. Result： At 24 hours after operation, patients in group A had an average VAS grading of 4. 10 ± 1.29 and the VAS scores of patients in group B averaged 5. 18 ± 1.11. At the time for stitches removal, patients in group A had average VAS grading of 4. 16 ± 1.36 and the average VAS score of patients in group B was 6. 33 ± 1.49. The difference between the 2 groups was very significant （.P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： MEBO ribbon gauze can relieve the sufferings after circumcision.
