摘　　要：目的:探讨烧伤后增生性瘢痕的治疗方法。方法:利用疤痕平定时外涂与弹力套加压合用,治疗病例168例。结果:全部病例均取得较好治疗效果,治愈率79．76％,显效率16．07％,有效率3．57％,无效率0。结论:疤痕平与弹力套合用治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕,疗效确切,安全、无毒副作用,方法简便,是治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的较佳方案。Objective： To explore a method for treating hyperplastic scar post burn. Method： 168 cases of hyperplastic sear post burn were treated locally with MEBO Scar Lorion. The lesion area was covered with elastic cover and compressed. Result： The efficacy was satisfactory. The curative rate was 79. 76%, markedly effective rate 16. 67%, effective rate 3. 57% and no ineffective case. Conclusion： MEBO Scar Lotion in association with compressed elastic cover is efficacious in treating hyperplastic scar post burn. This method is easy and simple, safe and reliable with no adverse effect.
