摘　　要：学习型社会是对现代社会发展特征的一个理论描述。构建“学习型”高校基层办公室管理模式是构建学习型社会的组成部分,它对改善办公室管理人员的精神面貌和提高办公室管理水平有重要意义,管理人员应对构建“学习型”高校基层办公室管理模式的重要性有充分的认识。A study- oriented society theoretically describes characteristics of the development of modem society. The construction of a management model for study - oriented grassroots offices is an integral part of building up study - oriented society, which will possess profound significance for improving the administrators＇ spirit and increasing the administrative level. Thus, administrators should fully realize the necessity and operation of the management model.
