摘　　要：目的探讨胸腰椎前路手术的护理配合要点及关键环节。方法对102例施行胸椎及腰椎前路手术的护理配合情况进行总结并做回顾性分析。结果全部手术均能顺利完成,医护配合满意,达到了预期效果。结论重视心理护理,消除患者紧张情绪;器械准备齐全,正确选用椎体钉;手术配合默契敏捷;为患者术前抽自体血备术中回输或术中应用血液回收装置是应对手术大出血的一个有效措施;严密观察病情,注意用血安全。以上这些都是确保手术顺利完成的关键环节。Objective To explore the key point of doctor - nurse cooperation in anterior approach of lumbar and thoracic vertebrae. Method To retrospectively summarize and analyze the doctor - nurse cooperation in 102 patients with anterior approach of lumbar and thoracic vertebrae. Result All of the operation completed successfully, the doctor - nurse cooperation is satisfying and the expecting effect is well. Conclusion The main points of doctor - nude cooperation in anterior approach of lumbar and thoracic vertebrae includes thinking highly of mental nursing and eliminating tense mood of patients, preparing the plenitude operative apparatus and selecting the appropriate vertebra nail,tacit and agility cooperation, preoperative auto blood preparation and blood reclaim apparatus application for hemorrhoea, closely pay attention to patient＇s condition observation and blood transfusion safety.
