从护理赔偿案例谈医院的医疗责任问题

摘　　要：目的从护理赔偿个案分析,明确医院可能面临的法律责任及后果,提出妥善处理医疗纠纷的办法,将医疗赔偿损失降到最低。方法通过医疗纠纷的处理程序,认真地调查研究,提出医疗纠纷的处理意见。结果医患双方在法院主持下妥善调解解决。结论通过医疗责任的认定,提示护理工作者应认真执行国家的法律、法规及医疗诊疗操作常规,认真履行法定的注意义务,依法维护医患双方的合法权益。Objective Analyzing care compensation cases and the legal responsibility and consequences, which hospital may face to, for the purpose to handle the disputes properly and reduce the loss for medical compensation to the minimum. Method Through careful study of medical treatment disputes. Result The hospital and patient properly resolve their disputes in court under the auspices of two sides. Condusion Identified by the medical liability, suggesting that care workers should earnestly implement the laws and regulations of the country, clinical and operating rules to comply with a statutory obligation, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients.
