摘　　要：经济伦理是对经济行为的道德约束和评价准则。邓小平提出的一系列丰富而深邃的经济伦理思想,不仅在改革开放和社会主义市场经济建设的过程中发挥了重要的作用,而且对我们今天社会主义和谐社会的构建依然有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。The economic-ethics is the moral restraint and the appraisal criterion in economic activities. Deng Xiaoping has proposed a series of rich and profound economic-ethical thoughts, which not only have played the vital role in the reform and opening up to the outside world and in socialist market economic construction, but also has the important theoretical and practical significance to us today in the construction of socialist harmonious society.
