摘 要:如何用计算机描述复杂、经验性的飞机装配工艺设计知识是尚未解决的难题,制约着人工智能技术在飞机装配领域的应用研究。以建立飞机部件装配工艺知识模型为目标,以本体论为指导思想,收集并深入分析了飞机装配工艺设计领域的专家知识数据,总结出影响飞机装配工艺设计的十大因素。对有关领域知识数据进行转换、重构的概念化处理,形成了6个可用计算机描述的概念化领域术语并确立了它们之间的关系,构建了飞机装配工艺设计领域知识的本体模型,初步解决了装配知识计算机描述的问题,为人工智能在飞机装配领域的应用奠定了基础。最后,基于框架表示法,给出了装配知识本体形式化描述的BNF(Backus Normal Form)。Aim. AAPP (Aircraft Assembly Process Planning) overflows with empirical knowledge, which can not be described well to computer. This paper attempts to make the ever increasing AAPP knowledge describable to computer through suitable ontology so as to obtain its full utilization with AI (Artificial Intelligence). In the full paper, we explain ontology for AAPP knowledge in detail; in this abstract, we just add some pertinent remarks to listing the three topics of explanation: (1) the analysis of AAPP knowledge, (2) conceptualized terms and the shaping up of domain ontology, (3) BNF (Backus Normal Form) description of AAPP domain ontology; under topic 1, we discuss the ten main factors influencing AAPP; under topic 2, we introduce six conceptualized terms that form the core of AAPP domain ontology, which, in its turn, can make the ten main factors in topic 1 describable to computer; Fig. 4 in the full paper shows its BNF description in detail.
