摘 要:研究了好氧活性污泥与失活好氧污泥对17β-雌二醇的吸附性能。17β-雌二醇初始质量浓度为500-10000ng/L,采用失活好氧污泥进行吸附,考察了吸附平衡时间、pH与温度对吸附的影响。研究结果表明,失活好氧污泥对17β-雌二醇的吸附在30min内达到平衡;pH在6~9时对吸附没有影响,pH为9以上时,随着pH升高吸附量减少;温度升高吸附能力降低;其吸附符合Fretmdlich吸附,且呈线性吸附。在10、20、30℃时,Freundlich吸附常数KF分别为91.81、80.65、61.49L/kg,分配系数Kd分别为561.80、435.60、306.70L/kg。另外研究了20℃时好氧活性污泥的KF与Kd,它们分别为91.72、514.90L/kg,与同温下失活好氧污泥的KF和Kd差别均小于20%。Adsorption isotherm runs were performed to measure capacity of inactivated aerobic activated sludge for 17β-estradiol and to determine the effects of pH and temperature. The adsorption equilibrium was established in 30 min; the experimental data of equilibrium concentrations and the corresponding adsorptive capacities were well correlated by both Freundlich and linear adsorption isotherm models. No significant pH effect was observed at 20℃ ,since the same sludge dose added to estradiol solutions (500, 5 000, 10 000 ng/L) at pH of 6, 7, 8 and 9 produced nearly the same final concentrations. When pH〉9, the adsorptive capacities decreased with increasing pH value. The adsorptive capacities decreased with increasing temperature; the Freundlich capacity parameter (KF) and the distribution coefficients (Ko) were 91.81 and 561.80 L/kg (10℃)〉80. 65 and 435.60 L/kg (20℃) 〉 61.49 and 306.70 L/kg (30 ℃). The KF and Kd of activated sludge were 514.90 and 91.72 L/kg at 20 ℃. The difference between inactivaed and activated sludge was lower than 20 percent.
