摘 要:对铝合金表面进行微弧氧化的过程中,有时需要对膜层质量不符合要求的工件进行退镀处理。探索了在Na_2SiO_3和NaH_2PO_4系电解液中对铝合金上所制备的微弧氧化膜进行退镀,找出了适合退镀的工艺参数,并用金相显微镜对退镀后基体的微观形貌进行观察。实验结果表明,退镀液大体可采用酸性退镀液和碱性退镀液,进行退镀后的基体表面在宏观尺度上平整光滑,光亮度均匀,但微观尺度上有一定的粗糙度。In the experiments of micro-arc oxidation on aluminum alloy, some coating process on the sample might be failure due to various facts,these coatings should be removed. In this paper, the decoating solutions for the coatings prepared by the micro-arc oxidation in electrolyte of Na2 SiO3 and NaH2 PO4 were examined. A series of processing parameters were found. The surface morphologies of the substrates after decoating were characterized by optical microscope. The results showed that the solutions of removing coatings included acidity and alkalescence. The surface morphologies of the samples after decoating were smooth and uniform in macroscopic dimension and coarse in microscopic dimension.
