摘　　要：上海污水治理二期的某项工程,是超出了现有常规顶管施工技术规程规范的规定而进行施工的项目。介绍了在工程监理中,抓住自动测量与人工测量相结合,顶力信息化监测,减摩效果动态管理等重点环节,是完成工程监理工作的成功经验。A project of Shanghai Project Sewage Treatment II, the construction of which was above the existed standard of usual pipe-jacking construction technique rules. Several key processes of the project supervision were introduced such as combination of automatic survey and manual survey, information supervision on pipe-jacking stress and dynamic management on reducing friction and so on, which were regarded as the helpful experience about the project supervision.
