椎体钉脊柱内固定168例分析

摘　　要：1989年6月～1995年12月，应用椎体钉脊柱内固定168例。椎体何结构合理，对椎体创伤小。固定可靠。凡椎体侧前方手术后需固定者均可采用。利用撑开器矫正脊柱部分侧凸及后凸畸形后进钉，保证矫正位置，且可防止植骨决移动，利于植骨块融合，价格便宜，操作简单，病人愿意接受。Spine of 168 cases have been fixed with vertebral body staples from June 1989 to Decembet 1995. The vertebral body staple has reasonable structure, small damage to vetebrate and reliability of fixation. This device is suitablr for every anterolateral operation of spine if fixation is necessary. Pnentrate the vertebral body staple after the scoliosis and kyphosis of spine are corrected partially. The correct position may be maintained and movement of grafting bone may be prevented. This henefits the fusion of grafting bone. The implant is inexpensive. Technique is simple, patients are willing to accept.
