创口净对绵羊伤口感染的预防和治疗

摘　　要：目的：观察创口净对防治绵羊各种创面感染的效果。方法：人工致绵羊切割、剥脱和枪伤，种植混合菌液（２×１０１０／Ｌ），用创口净清洗换药，观察疗效，并与其他抗菌药物比较。结果：对６ｈ内的枪伤和１２ｈ内有严重污染的切割伤，用创口净处理可使伤口行初期缝合；对感染伤口，用创口净换药，可迅速清除创面细菌，控制感染，缩短愈合时间，其效果比０．２％呋喃西林加庆大霉素５０ＩＵ／ｍＬ或聚维酮碘的作用好，尤其对创面绿脓杆菌的清除效果更好。结论：创口净可预防和治疗绵羊各种创伤感染。AIM:To observe the effects of Chuang-kou-jing(CKJ)on prevention and treatmnet of various traumatic wound infection. METHODS:Man-made traumatic wounds in sheep in which the mixed bacteria 2 × 1010/L were planted,then the septic wounds were treated with CKJ and were compared with other antimicrobial drugs. RESULTS:(1) the bullet wounds within 6 h and the contaminated wounds within 12 h could be primarily sutured after CKJ treatment ;(2) for the infected traumatic wounds,the infective organisms were rapidly cleaned,the infection of wound was controlled, and the time of wound healing shortened after CKJ dressing;(3) the antimicrobial effect of CKJ was better than that of nitrofural added to gentamicin or povidone iodide. CONCLUSION:CKJ can effeciently prevent and treat the infection of various wounds in sheep.
