摘　　要：从五个方面对王文元批判索绪尔的文章进行全面的反批判,认为要正确地进行学术批评首先要读懂原著。In five aspects, this paper is an anti-criticism of Wang Wenyuan's critical article on Saussure, arguing that it is indispensable to understand well the original academic texts before launching academic criticism.
