海南黎族不同支系Y-SNP的多态性分析

摘　　要：目的分析海南黎族3个支系的Y-SNP的遗传多态性。方法利用Y染色体非重组区NRY的SNP的单倍群分型技术,分别对来自海南省白沙、保亭和乐东等地区的3个黎族支系的206个男性人群样本进行Y-SNP单倍群分型。结果黎族群体共检出4种单倍群,其中O-M175单倍群分布频率相当高。结论黎族3个支系父系族源来源于东亚南部。Objective To anlaysize the genetic polymorphism of Y - chromosomal single nucleotide polymophism（SNP） in 3 branches of Li ethnic group of Hainan island. Methods Six Y - SNP loci by genotyping techniques in 206 males from couties of Baisha, Baoting and Ledong were analyzed. Results A total of 4 haplogroups were observed in 3 braches of Li population and the major haplogroups O - M175 were predominant. Conclusion Three branches of Li ethnic groups, might have the same paternal ancestors origin in Southeast Asia.
