湛江市2003～2005年医疗机构消毒效果调查

摘　　要：目的了解掌握湛江市医院内感染情况，促进湛江市消毒事业不断发展。方法按《消毒管理办法》和《消毒技术规范》的要求对医院进行消毒效果监测。结果2003-2005年共检测各类样品8423份，合格6704份。检测总合格率79．59％，各类检测项目中，压力蒸汽灭菌合格率最高，为94．17％，室内空气监测合格率最低，为29．28％。结论湛江市医院消毒效果监测合格率较低，室内空气消毒合格率低，提示该项目是我们今后工作的重点。Objective To understand the hospital infection in Zhanjiang City and promote the development of sterilization work. Methods The results of sterilization in hospitals were monitored based on he requirement of 〈 Methods for sterilization and evaluation 〉 and 〈 Hygienic standard for hospital sterilization 〉 , Results Form 2003 to 2005 8 423 samples were detected and 6 704 met standard with a qualified rate of 79.6 %. Qualification rate of inside air was the lowest, being 29.8 %. Conclusion The qualification rate of sterilization in Zhanjiang City are relatively low , Thus management and monitoring of inside air be strengthened.
