摘  要:焦炭塔在运行若干年后出现严重的鼓胀与开裂。探讨焦炭塔的鼓胀和开裂变形机理,合理预测焦炭塔的疲劳寿命,进而改进其设计与工作条件,使其更安全可靠地运行是多年来人们致力研究的目标。本文从目前焦炭塔的各种鼓胀变形机理、开裂的影响因素以及疲劳断裂寿命预测方法等方面,对焦炭塔的研究现状进行总结,并对今后该领域的工作进行了展望。Coke drums are subject to severe bulging and cracking after a few years of operation. In order to improve coke drums design and operation condition, and then keep them in reliable service, many efforts have been made to understand the bulging and cracking mechanism, and to evaluate remaining life for coke drums. In the present work, research achievements in this field are reviewed in the above aspects. And some suggestions are presented based on the literature.
