摘　　要：介绍了系统级仿真技术的特点和工作流程,分析了基于OPNET网络仿真软件的WCDMA系统建模方法,并以一种改进的接入控制算法为例,实现了在该WCDMA系统级仿真平台上的仿真。This paper introduces the characteristic and workflow of system simulation technique, the WCDMA system modeling method based on OPNET is studied, and more, an improved admission control algorithm is introduced, and its simulation based on the WCDMA system simulation platform is completed .
