摘　　要：该房屋为办公性质综合楼,框架-抗震墙结构。对该房屋进行加建二层的改造,原有部分进行相应的结构加固;同时在房屋东北侧贴建七层过街楼;另在正东侧设置地下一层、地上一层的设备电气间及门厅,与原有部分连为整体。房屋原有结构施工质量较差,原设计存在一定问题。改扩建后的综合楼使用功能复杂,内部设备多,结构体系复杂。设备、电气系统要求多样化且有专用医院试验系统。工程难度很大。Structural system of main building is RC Frame-Shearwall. The expanding construction includes 2-story adding, structural reinforcement of former part, and a 7-story arcade newly built NE to the main building. Additional electric and facility room, and entrance hall with one story under and over ground east to the main building, would be added to connect the former main building with the newly added expansion. As for the existing inaccuracy of former construction quality and design, and more complicated function needs, with various facilities equipped, these result in rather complicated structural system. Further more, the diverse requirement of facility and electric system and the professional hospital test system add difficulties to appraisal and design for expanding.
