摘  要:采用真空实型铸造(V-EPC)法,在聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫模型表面涂刷料浆,浇注后铁水渗入料浆涂层,得到耐磨渗层.料浆主要组成为SiC粉、EPS粉、Cr-Fe粉、助渗剂、粘结剂等.研究了料浆中SiC对渗层耐磨性的影响,试验结果表明:当料浆中SiC粒度为2μm,体积比为50%时,铸铁表面耐磨性最好,磨损量是基体铸铁的37%.通过组织分析认为,表面渗层耐磨性较高的主要原因是SiC颗粒对基体硬度的提高作用及本身作为高硬抗磨颗粒提高耐磨性的作用.Using vacuum-evaporative pattern casting technology, the wear resistant infiltration layer can be gained by dipping the EPS model with the slime, casting and infiltrating the iron water to the slime layer. The main ingredients of the slime were SiC powder, EPS powder, Cr-Fe powder, auxiliary infiltration agent and binder, etc. The effects of SiC in the slime to the wear resistance were researched. The test result shows that when the SiC was 2 μm and 50% volume, the surface wear resistance was best, the wear value of the infiltration layer was 37% to the matrix iron. The causes of high wearability was SiC particle and surface layer.
