摘　　要：用国产原料设计合成了一种适用于纤维素纤维的新一代阻燃剂FR-21,对阻燃FR-21的结构、物理性能首先和化学性能等进行了分析,并研究了其对纤维素织物的整理工艺的影响,采用正交分析的方法得出FR-21阻燃剂对纤维素织物阻燃整理阻燃剂、交联剂、催化剂等助剂用量以及焙烘温度、时间等关键工艺参数.In this paper, a new non-formaldehyde permanent flame-retardant agent named FR-21 used on cotton fabrics is designed and synthesized. We also study chemical structure and physical performance of FR -21 and find the best craft by analysis method. Content of flame-retardant agent was 450 g/l, content＇ of cross-linking agent waslOOg g/l, content of catalyst was 30g/l, and curing temperature was150℃, time was 3min.
