摘  要:针对靖边气田下古生界奥陶系马家沟组碳酸盐岩Ⅲ类储层孔隙充填程度高,渗透率低,酸化改造等措施效果不好等情况,提出加砂压裂改造。从碳酸盐岩人工裂缝形态的判识入手,在设计优化、液体性能和裂缝导流能力的认识上取得了突破。前置液中加入固相微粒段塞,采用40-60目的陶粒作为主支撑剂,使单井压裂规模超过了34 m3,基本解决了碳酸盐岩压裂的携砂、水化、返排等难题,现为长庆靖边气田碳酸盐岩Ⅲ类储层的主体开发技术。Of theⅢtype reservoir of Majiagou carbonate rock of down Paleozoic Ordovician in Jinbian gas field, filling content of pore is high , its permeability is low and treatment effect of acidizing reform is not good, so adding sand fracture is suggested. From distinguishing man made crack shape in carbonate rock, a break through at design optimum, liquid property and flow capacity of crack has been gained. Filling solid mote tuck in preceding fluid, utilizing pottery grain of 40-60 as proppant, that makes fracture scale in single well exceeding 34m3, resolves problems of carrying sand, hydrated and back flow of fracture in carbonate rock basically, which has been a principal part of exploiting tech in Changqing jingbian gas field.
