摘　　要：智商、情商、健商、逆商是素质教育的核心内容。四商既包含科学素质又包含人文素质,是一个人的综合素质的集中体现。四商理论的提出唤醒人们对于体育功能的新思考。就体育的功能对于四商培养的重要意义进行了全面系统的论述,以期唤起充分认识和发掘体育对于高素质人才培养的功能。The IQ, EQ, HQ and AQ are the core contents of quality - oriented education. Four quotients contain both quality of science and quality of humanities, which are considered as the incarnation of a person＇s comprehensive. The theory of four quotients can make people pay more attention to the function of physical education. This paper presents the great importance towards to the cultivating four quotients of the physical education function and arouses people to recognize and develop the function of the physical education fully to cultivating of high quality person.
