复律宁冲剂治疗气阴两虚型心律失常的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复律宁冲剂治疗气阴两虚型心律失常的临床疗效。方法将144例患者随机分为治疗组(90例)给予复律宁冲剂治疗,对照组(54例)给予宁心宝胶囊治疗,疗程均为8周。结果治疗组的总有效率及对房性和室性早搏有效率以及心电图疗效均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复律宁冲剂对气阴两虚型心律失常有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Fulvning Granule＂ in the treatment of arrhythmia of qi-yin deficiency. Method 144 subjects were randomized into treatment group in which 90 cases were treated by ＂Fulvning Granule＂ and control group in which 54 cases were treated by ＂Ningxinbao Capsule＂, with a course of 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in improving premature beat and electrocardiogram in treatment group than in control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion ＂Fulvning Granule＂ is quite dffective for arrhythmia.
