摘　　要：阐述2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的病理基础是毒损肝络,并探讨其现代病理生理学机制可能是肝内炎症。提示解毒通络调肝法可通过抑制肝内炎症,而成为治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的有效方法。This article analyzes the pathogenesis of insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and it is showed that insulin resistance is due to toxin impairing liver collaterals and intrahepatic inflammation. Hence, toxin-relieving, collateral-unblocking and liver-discharging therapy is an effective therapy for insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
