高效液相色谱法测定奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊中奥美拉唑的含量

摘　　要：目的建立奥美拉唑含量的高效液相测定方法。方法采用C8（5μm，4．6mm×250mm）色谱柱，流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈（70：30），检测波长为280nm。结果奥美拉唑在49．48μg·mL^-1～395．84μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好，相关系数r=0．99998；平均回收率为99．8％（n=9，RSD为0．8％）。结论本方法重现性良好，回收率较高，可作为奥美拉唑肠溶胶素的质量控制标准。OBJECTIVE To establish a method using HPLC for determination of the content of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules. METHODS A C8（5μm, 4. 6mm × 250mm） column was used with mobile phase of phosphate buffer-acetonitrile （70 ： 30） at detection wavelength of 280nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was liner in the concentration range of 49.48μg·mL^-1 -395. 84μg·mL^-1,r= 0. 99998;The average recovery was 99.8% with a relative standard deviation of 0.8%. CONCLUSION The result was reproducibility good,and the method can be used for quality control of omeprazole capsules.
