摘　　要：目的建立了用容量法测定痘疮洗剂中升华硫的含量。方法样品经过显色后，采用分光光度法在415nm波长处测定。结果倍他米松在20-60μg·mL^-1（r=1．000）范围内有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为101．2％（n=9），RSD为1．0％。结论该方法简便、准确、快速，可用于痘疮洗剂中倍他米松的含量测定。OBJECTIVE A spectrophotometry method was established for the determination of betamethasone in betamethasone liniment. METHODS After showing the color, the sample was detected at 415nm. RESULTS The linearity was good for betamethasone within the range of 20- 60 μg·mL^-1 （r = 1. 000）,the mean recovery was 101.2 % （n = 9）, RSD = 1.0%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, precise and can be use to determine betamethasone liniment.
