摘 要:采用丙烯腈与丙烯酸单体在聚乙烯醇水溶液中共聚,合成聚丙烯腈-丙烯酸悬浮胶体,悬浮胶体经流延成膜制备出P(AN-AA)/PVA质子交换膜。结果表明,以聚丙烯腈-丙烯酸为基体的质子交换膜,甲醇渗透系数为(3.0~5.5)×10-8cm2/s,仅为Nafion117膜甲醇渗透系数的1/25;水饱和溶胀后抗张强度为12.9MPa;在1.0mol/L硫酸溶液中质子电导率为1.89×0-3S/cm。Acrylonitrile and crylic acid were polymerized in polyvinyl alcohol solution, and the P (AN-AA) proton exchange membrane was prepared with the emulsions (acrylonitrile-crylic acid) by filming and heating. The morphology structure,methanol permeability, tensile strength and proton conductivity of the proton exchange membrane were measured. The results show that the methanol permeability of the P (AN-AA) proton exchange membrane is about (3.0-5.5) × 10^-8 cm^2/s, only is 1/25 of the Nafion117; the tensile strength of the distilled water-saturated proton exchange membrane is about 12.9 MPa ;the proton conductivity of the proton exchange membrane is about 1.89 × 10^-3S/cm in 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution.
