摘 要:以LiOH·H2O、NH4VO3、H3PO4和柠檬酸等为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了锂离子二次电池正极材料磷酸钒锂[Li3V2(PO4)3]。考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、原料配比等条件对产物组成及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,以n(Li)∶n(V)=3.2∶2.0投入原料,在700℃下煅烧8h,合成的正极材料具有优良的电化学性能。样品在0.1C充放电下,首次放电比容量达到130.0mAh/g。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,以溶胶-凝胶法合成纯相Li3V2(PO4)3晶体所需温度比固相法低。Lithium-ion battery cathode material Li3V2(PO4)3 was synthesized by sol-gel method using LiOH·H2O, NH4VO3, H3PO4 and citric acid as the raw materials. The effects of temperature, reaction time and proportion (LIE) on composition and electrochemical performance were investigated. The results show that the samples have excellent performance when reaction temperature and time were 700 ℃ and 8 h, respectively. Addition of excessive Li can enhance the electrochemical performance of the samples. Electrochemical properties of Li3V2 (PO4)3 were investigated and its first discharge capacity of the cathode was 130.0 mAh/g. The samples prepared at different temperatures were investigated by X-ray diffraction, which showed the temperature of synthesizing samples by sol-gel procedure was lower than that of solid-state reaction.
