摘  要:用BC-1作为MH-Ni蓄电池的负极添加剂,研究了它对MH-Ni蓄电池充放电性能、内压、循环性能的影响。采用合理的添加方式,可以保证在电池容量不受影响的前提下,MH-Ni蓄电池耐过充能力明显增强,5C放电时,中值电压升高50mV;循环性能明显提高,1C倍率充放循环156次,其容量保持在76﹪以上;过充电时电池内压显著降低。BC-1 was used as the cathode additive of Ni-MH battery, and the effects of BC-1 on charge-discharge performance, inner pressure, and cycling performance of Ni-MH battery were studied. The results show that the overcharge resistance of Ni-MH battery increases cleady by using a suitable adding method in the condition of ensuring battery capacity isn't affected, set-point voltage increases 50 mV when discharge at 5 C; cycling performance improves obviously, the capacity remain more than 76% after 156 charge-discharge cycles at 1 C; battery inner pressure decreases obviously when overcharge.
