摘　　要：种衣剂是20世纪60年代发展起来的高科技产物,是继化肥、农膜之后能大幅提高农业生产水平的又一重要农用物资。面对加入WTO后,中国农产品在国际市场上面临的竞争与挑战,以及使用化学农药常规措施对环境造成的污染,通过种衣剂处理种子是应对这些问题的措施之一。通过调查、分析了新疆种衣剂发展概况、推广影响因素及推广模式,展望了新疆种衣剂的未来发展,为加快新疆种衣剂推广步伐、促进农业生产发展提供参考。研究结果表明,新疆种衣剂推广中面临的最大问题是市场监管不力、人们环保意识、农产品绿色无公害意识淡薄,等等。目前,推广模式其中以政府主导型为主,其次为“企业+科研人员+农户”型。The seed coating agent was the high-teeh production developed in the 1960s. It was another important agricultural material could enhance the agricultural production level after the chemical fertilizer and agricultural plastic film. The agricultural productions were faced with the problems of the competition and challenge in the international market and the environmental contamination caused by using the general chemical pesticide after joining the WTO. One of the measures solving those problems was using seed coating medicament to achieve covered supplying pesticide and lowing envenom of high noxious pesticide. This article was based on the investigations and analysis of the development general situation and the spreading influence facts and patterns of using seed coating agent. It brought forward an expectation of the development future of seed coating agent in Xinjiang. It provided the reference of quickening the seed coating agent spreading step and accelerating the agricultural development. The research results showed that the biggest problem in spreading seed coating medicament was lack of the market inspection and the sense of environment protection and getting green agricultural production without social pollution, etc. In the spread pattern at presnt, the government leading would be the primary, the combination type of corporation, scientific researcher and farmer would be the secondly.
