摘 要:实验研究了磷渣、萤石、钢渣复合对水泥生料易烧性的影响、结合XRD图谱分析了该硅酸盐水泥熟料矿物组成。结果表明,磷渣、钢渣与萤石的复合矿化剂对煅烧温度的适应性较好,可以有效地改善易烧性,有利于促进C3S的形成;钢渣与萤石的复合,在煅烧温度为1250℃,保温时间为30min时对易烧性的改善不明显,但可稳定β-C2S。Influences of phosphorous slag composite fluorite and steel slag on bumability of Portland cement raw meals, and mineral composition of cement clinker were studied in this paper. The results show that phosphorous slag composite mineralizer is compatible with temperature. Adding phosphorous slag composite mineralizer, burnability of Portland cement raw meals is improved, and formation of tricalcium silicate is promoted and stabilized. As far as steel slag composites fluorite concerning, it can stabilize the formation of tricalcium silicate though its effect on bumability of Portland cement raw meals is not obvious at 1250℃.
