摘  要:聚晶金刚石不仅具有单晶金刚石所固有的卓越性能,还具有各向同性的优点以及在生产制造中的一些优良特性。但是,由于粘结剂的存在,聚晶金刚石在硬度、耐磨性、热稳定性等方面要差于单晶金刚石。许多科学家和生产制造者对如何改变生产工艺以优化聚晶金刚石的性能进行了研究。本文主要介绍了聚晶金刚石的性能及其在生产工艺上的性能优化取得的成就以及聚晶金刚石的应用前景。Polycrystalline diamond( PCD for short) not only possesses excellent performance that single crystals of diamond possess, but also possesses some other excellences, such as the quality of isotropy and the facility in the process of producing and manufacturing. But as a result of the exist of singtering agent, the hardness, abradability, thermal stability of PCD are not as well as single crystal diamond. Many scientists and producers study on the way to optimize the performance of PCD by improving the technique of production. This paper is mainly introducing the performance of PCD and the achievement of its optimization, and also the prospect of the PCD's application.
