摘　　要：目的探讨ESWL治疗膀胱结石的技术要点和治疗效果。方法回顾分析本院2001年6月～2005年8月采用ESWL治疗泌尿系结石1825例中的39例膀胱结石的治疗资料。结果39例患者中一次碎石成功8例，2次碎石排尽19例，3次排尽10例。2例转为开放手术治疗。2例有结石碎块堵塞后尿道，用尿道探子推入膀胱后重新碎石获得成功。结论ESWL在膀胱结石的治疗中。具有损伤小，痛苦少，可重复使用的特点，可以作为治疗膀胱结石众多方法中的主要选择之一。Objective To evaluate the technique important point and therapeutic efficacy of the ESWL curing vesical calculuses.Metheds Look back and analyse the data applying the ESWL to care vesical calculuses 39 cases in 1825 cases of urolithiasises in our hospital from June of 2001 to August of 2005. Results Eight pulverized successfully one times in 39 cases. Nineteen pulverized and exhausted two times. Ten pulverized and exhausted three times. Two turned into open the surgical operation. Two contained the stone broken bits blocking up the behind urethra and repulverized successfully after pushing the bits into the bladder with urethral needle. Conclusions The ESWL under treatment in the vesical calculuses has the characteristics of hurting small, paine and sufferings being little,re- usable,and can be as one of the main choices in many mehods of curing the vesical calculuses.
