摘　　要：目的 研究年轻女性甲状腺功能减退病人超声骨参数的变化，以了解此疾病对峰值骨量期骨量的影响。方法 测定健康对照组（A组）、甲状腺功能减退组（B组）两组研究对象的跟骨超声骨参数。结果 B组超声传导速度（SOS）、振幅衰减（BUA）和骨硬度指数（STI）与A组比较，差异无统计学意义。结论 在病程早期甲状腺功能减退对骨代谢的影响不明显，可能与甲状腺功能减退的骨转换形式有关。Objective To investigate the changes of calcaneal quantitative ultrasound reference data in young females with hypothyroidism, in order to find out the influence that hypothyroidism has on the bone mass in the peak of bone mass periol. Methods Calcaneal quantitative ultrasonography was performed in young female healthy controls （group A） ,patients with hypothyroidism （group B）. Results SOS,BUA and STI were similar, there being no statistical difference between group A and group B. Conclusion No significant influence that hypothyroidism has in short term. The results may be due to the bone turnover form in patients with hypothyroidism.
