摘 要:分别采用复合和共聚两种制备工艺,制备出一系列具有不同聚合氯化铁(简称PFC)碱化度(B)、不同二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵聚合物(简称PDMDAAC)质量分数〔w(P)〕、不同PDMDAAC黏度(η)的聚合铁复合絮凝剂PFC-PDMDAAC,研究了该絮凝剂对造纸中段水COD的去除效果,同时考察了碱化度B值、w(P)值、η值和制备工艺对絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,PFC-PDMDAAC絮凝效果优于单独使用或将二者先后投加。在PFC-PDMDAAC投加量为120 mg/L时,较PFC或PDMDAAC或将二者先后投加的COD去除率分别提高13.1%、16.2%和6.4%。PFC-PDMDAAC在低B值(0.5)、高w(P)(14.0%)和高η值(1.21 dL/g)条件下具有最好的絮凝性能,在投加量为180 mg/L时COD去除率分别可达59.8%,57.3%,62.1%。A series of composite flocculants polyferric chloride ( PFC )/polydimethyldiallyammonium chloride( PDMDAAC ) with different basicity ( B ) of PFC, different weight percentage [ ω (P) 3 and intrinsic viscosity (η) of PDMDAAC were prepared by copolymerization and prepolymerization. The COD removal ability of PFC/PDMDAAC in treating intermediate water of papermaking was tested. Experimental results showed that the composite flocculants are more efficient than individual addition of PFC or PDMDAAC or successive addition of PFC and PDMDAAC, that the COD removal rates increase by 13.1% ,16. 2% and 6. 4% respectively at the dosage of 120 mg/L. It gives highest removal rate at a larger w(P) ( 14. 0% ) and η value( 1.21 dL/g) and lower B value(0. 5 ) in this study that the COD removal rate approaches 57.3% ,62. 1% and 59.8% respectively at the dosage of 180mg/L.
