摘 要:用负载型非晶合金NiB/MCM-41中孔分子筛催化剂将3-氨基4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺与苯甲醛缩合加氢制备3.(N-苄基)-氨基4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺,产物收率95%以上,比采用RaneyNi收率提高12%,较SiO2载体制成的催化剂收率提高5%。研究表明,中孔结构有利于减少体积较大分子的内扩散效应,发挥负载型非晶合金的高活性、选择性和稳定性。采用该催化剂合成3-(N-苄基)-氨基4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺的适宜条件为:催化剂中Ni负载量埘(Ni)=10%,n(AMA):n(BAD)=1:1.1,m(cat)/m(AMA)=2.5%,反应温度55~65℃,反应压力1.2MPa。The process for the production of 3-(N-benzyl) amino-4-methoxyacetanilide (BAMA) from 3- amino-4-methoxyacetanilide(AMA) and benzaldehyde (BAD) via condensation and hydrogenation on supported amorphous alloy NiB/MCM-41mesoporous sieves catalyst was studied. Yield of the product is 95% ,which is 12% higher than that of using Raney Ni. It is also 5% higher than that of using NiB/ SiO2 catalyst. It is shown that the mesoporous structure decreases greatly the internal diffusion of big molecules and thus bring out high activity, selectivity and stability of the supported amorphous alloy catalyst. The optimized conditions for synthesizing BAMA are : w ( Ni ) = 10% in catalyst, n (AMA) : n (BAD) = 1:1.1, m( cat)/m(AMA) = 2.5%, reaction temperature 55~ 65 ℃ and reaction pressure 1.2 MPa.
