摘  要:针对目前油管输送射孔器因在井口未能将起爆元件与传爆元件有效分离而存在的安全隐患,研制了一种安全的电起爆系统。该系统的起爆元件与传爆元件之间被避爆体隔开,只有射孔器下到井下压力高于2 MPa的深度以后起爆元件方能与传爆元件接触,而且只有在井下压力和撞击棒冲击力的共同作用下点火机构才能点火。如果射孔器未能在井下正常起爆,则它在被提升至井筒压力小于2 MPa的深度后起爆元件与传爆元件就会再次被避爆体自动分隔,消除了在井口安装和拆卸起爆装置时意外点火的可能性。该系统的起爆电源使用耐高温电池。进行了地面试验和高温高压容器内的模拟高温高压起爆试验,以及3口井的井下作业验证,其结果可满足实际要求。Aimed at the potential risk of present tubing conveyed perforator (TCP) caused by not effective isolation of its detonating device and booster device in surface, a new type of safety impact electrical detonating system is developed. In the system its detonating device and booster device are isolated by an explosion-prevent block, and they will not contact until the perforator is conveyed down to depth where the downhole pressure is higher than 2 MPa, and the firer ignites only under the condition that the sufficient pressure and impact force produced by a dropping impact bar are enabled simultaneously. In case the perforator is not ignited successfully, after it runs up to depth where the downhole pressure is lower than 2 MPa, its detonating and booster device will be automatically isolated by the explosion-prevent block again, so that the possibility of accidental explosion is eliminated in installing or disassembling process of detonating device. The system uses high temperature battery as its detonation power supply. Surface test, detonation test of high temperature and pressure simulated in high temperature and high pressure container, as well as downhole operation verification in 3 wells were completed, their results meet the practice requirements.
