摘　　要：针对棒材厂产量大幅提高后,冷床能力严重不足和剪前温度过高,应用了湍流式高效穿水冷却器进行冷却,降低终轧温度和上冷床的温度,解决钢材二次氧化问题,改善了钢材的机械性能和焊接性能。After the bars plant＇s quantity of output was largely increased, the ability of cold bed was seriously insufficient and the temperature was high before cutting. By the way of using the turbulent flow type of high efficiency water cooler,it reduces the finishing temperature and that on the cold bed, so the reoxidation problems of the steel products Are solved, the machine capability and the welding ：performance of the steel product are improved.
