摘　　要：违宪审查制度是世界各国通行的法律制度,它直接影响着一个国家的宪法实施状况和宪政生活走向及国家的前途命运。我国对违宪的审查是由立法机关进行的,采用事先审查和事后审查相结合的模式。The unconstitutional review institution is the universal law system in the world; it has direct impact upon a state＇ s condition of constitution implementation and the direction of the constitutional politics life. Unconstitutional review has been carrying out through prior review and posterior review by legislature in our country.
