摘　　要：分新旧中国两个历史时期,阐述二十世纪中国养猪业的发展历史,对中国猪的品种与改良、营养与饲养以及繁殖技术等进行回顾与总结。中国养猪业之所以在二十世纪后期发展迅速,与养猪政策与科学技术进步密切相关。History of the development of swine industry through the twentieth century in China was illuminated, the history was divided before-and-after new China found two stages. Swine science , such as swine breeds in China and breeds improved, nutrition and forms of livestock rearing, reproduce technique, are review and analysed. Swine industry was rapidly developed by policy and technology through the late stage of 20th century in China.
