摘　　要：目的正确选用空气消毒洁净器。方法通过对空气消毒洁净器的原理分析,提出并讨论了医院临床使用中应注意的CADR值等有关问题。结论应按空气消毒洁净区域大小选用不同CADR值的空气消毒洁净器,才能真正发挥其消毒和净化的效能。Purpose： For the right choose and use the air disinfect-purifying machine in ICU. Method： Through the analysis of the air disinfect-purifying machine principle, we point out and discuss the correlative problem about CADR value in clinical of hospital. Conclusion： We shouht choose the disinfect-purifying machine with the different CADR value according to the air disinfect-purifying district size , then it can actualize the effect that disinfects and purifies.
