摘 要:采用国际标准化组织和中国石化行业标准,考察了以三羟甲基丙烷酯(TMP)为主要成分的二冲程汽油机油基础油的润滑性能。研究表明,TMP在二冲程汽油机的运行过程中具有良好的润滑性能,且高温粘度越高,润滑性能越好;多种不同粘度TMP调合使用,具有增效作用,混合酯的润滑性能超过单一成分的润滑性能。用相同的润滑性评定方法并不能考核酯基二冲程油中抗磨剂的作用。According to the evaluating standards of two-stroke gasoline engine oil's lubricity published by ISO and Sinopec, the lubricity of two-stroke lubricant's base oils that mainly constituted by trimethylol propane ester (TMP) has been investigated. The research results indicated that TMP had excellent high-temperature lubricity under the engine operating conditions. Thq lubricity was better when using higher high-temperature viscosity TMP. The mixed ester had better lubricity than any single composition in the mixture. But the effect of anti-wear additives on lubricity in ester base oils could not be investigated by the evaluating method of lubricity.
