摘 要:萃取剂的选取、用量及萃取精馏流程的集成是影响萃取精馏过程能耗的重要因素。本文对从C_5馏分中萃取精馏分离异戊二烯过程的能耗进行了分析,在ACN为萃取剂条件下,采用常规塔序热集成方案可以节能42.91%,在满足工艺指标的条件下,采用热偶精馏流程可以节省过程能耗58.70%。The selection and dosage of extractive solvent and the integration of extractive distillation flowsheet are important factors influencing the energy consumption of extractive distillation process. The energy consumption in the extractive distillation process to separate isoprene from C5 fraction is analyzed in this paper. With ACN as the extractive solvent, the energy can be saved 42.91% through heat-integration of conventional extractive distillation process. With the process targets fulfilled, the adoption of thermally coupled distillation flow can save energy up to 58. 70%.
