摘 要:提出了一个新型吸收制冷系统,该系统采用R32+R134a非共沸混合物为制冷剂,DMF为吸收剂,可用于-20^-40℃温区的深度冷冻。在多种不同工况下,针对新吸收制冷系统展开了实验研究,结果表明新系统能利用约150℃的低品位热能获得深度冷冻。对初步实验结果的进一步分析表明,新系统有良好的发展潜力,有望在工、农业上得到广泛应用。A new heat-driven absorption refrigeration system for deep freezing as low as - 20 - - 40℃ was proposed in the paper. The refrigerant of R32 + R134a mixture and absorbent of DMF were used as its working fluids. The characteristics of the system were investigated under different operation conditions. The system utilized successfully thermal energy with about 150℃ to achieve a refrigeration temperature as low as -35℃. The further analysis of experimental result shows that this system has great potentials in engineering applications of industry and agriculture.
