摘　　要：汽车产能过剩涉及多方面的因素,需要有效地组合政府、企业及第三部门的力量,才能使汽车业走出产能过剩的阴霓。近期关于产能过剩的研究主要围绕着政府如何进行产业结构调整,但现实中不仅政府需要宏观调控,行业协会和企业都是解决产能过剩的主体。因此,全面分析汽车产能过剩的原因及其对策成为现实经济研究中的一个重要课题。The surplus of the automobile productivity enterprise and the third department effectively to make involves many factors. We should unite the government, the the automobile industry out of the surplus situation. The late studies in this field mainly focus on how the government adjust the industrial structure. However, in fact, not only the government needs macroscopic adjustment, but also the association and the enterprise are both the main body to solve the surplus. Therefore, it is an important topic of economy research to analyze the cause of automobile productivity surplus and the solution.
