棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂室内交配行为及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：对棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂室内交配行为研究表明，雄蜂是交配主导因素，一生中有多次交配表现，而雌蜂一般仅交配一次；雌雄个体交配持续时间为162．45±9．40s。24～36h蜂龄的雌蜂和36h蜂龄的雄蜂交配成功率最高；温度26℃和光照15001x是雌雄个体成功交配的最佳条件。讨论认为，室内环境条件也可能是导致寄生蜂室内饲养性比失调的重要原因。Mating behaviors of Campoletis chlorideae and affecting factors were investigated in laboratory. Results indicated that male adults played dominant role in mating. Male adult copulated more than one time while female usually copulated just one time in their lifetime. Successful copulation was the highest in 24 h and 36 h old female and, 36 h old male among all the adults tested, and suitable temperature and light intensity for successful copulation were 25- 35℃ and 1500 lx, respectively. It was suggested that indoor environmental condition were important factors responsible for offspring male bias.
