摘 要:目的:建立可广泛应用的叶绿素铜钠片剂含量测定方法。方法:用分光光度法考察浓度相同的叶绿素铜钠溶液在不同碱度条件下的吸收度变化,筛选出可避免制剂中酸性物质干扰的碱性缓冲液溶剂系统,建立含量测定方法并用以测定片剂的含量。结果:以确定的缓冲液溶剂系统,在波长403 nm 处测定,得到标准曲线方程(n=3)为 A=0.002222+0.05568C,r=0.9999;测得其片剂含量与标示量的平均相关百分率为99.61%。结论:筛选出的溶剂系统既对主药具有很好的溶解能力,又能提供测定所需稳定的 pH 环境,能消除酸性辅料的影响,建立的含量测定方法准确、可靠,适用范围广泛。Objective:To establish a widespreadly applicable assay method for sodium copper chlorophyllin (SCC) tablets. Methods:The change of the absorbance of SCC in different alkali buffer solutions with the same SCC concentration was investigated spectrophotometrically. An alkali buffer as a solvent system was chosen to eliminate the interference of acidic excipients in the preparation, and thus an assay method was established for determination of SCC in the tablets. Results:Using the chosen buffer solution as the solvent, the absorbance at the wavelength of 403 nm was determined and the absorbance -concentration relationship was linear with the standard curve equation (n = 3 ) :A = 0. 002222 + 0. 05568 C, r = 0. 9999. The average correlation between the measured amount of SCC and the labeled amount was 99.61%. Conclusion :The chosen solvent had good solubility for SCC and was able to keep a stable pH required, and thus to eliminate the influence of acidic excipients. The method is accurate, reliable and can be applied widespreadly to preparations of SCC tablets.
