摘  要:目的:筛选一种简单、实用、稳定、准确的芥子碱含量测定方法。方法:从精密度、稳定性、重复性、回收率4个方面对3种芥子碱含量测定方法进行比较研究。结果:双相滴定法的精密度、稳定性、重复性都较差,回收率低;分光光度法(326 nm)精密度、稳定性、重复性、回收率相对较好;分光光度法(388 nm)在以上几个方面结果都为最佳。结论:分光光度法(388 nm)测定芥子碱含量是比较理想的选择,具有良好的实用性。Objective:To select a convenient, practical, stable and precise method to determine sinapine content. precision, stability, comparative study of the three determinations for sinapine content from the four aspects including repeatability and recovery rate. Results: As to the two - phase titration method, it was quite low in precision, stability and repeatability, and the recovery was also not high. Spectrophotometer method was quite good in precision, stability, repeatability and recovery, spectrophotometer( 388 nm) method has the best precision, stability,repeatability and recovery. Conclusion:Spectrophotometer(388 nm) is the best choice to determine the sinapine content, which is a practical method.
